XC and All-sports Conditioning

Speed & Conditioning in Andover (Merrimack Valley)

Starts Monday, June 6

GTD's Speed & Conditioning Program in Andover begins Monday evening, June 6.

Time: 6 to 7:15pm
Dates: 10 Monday evenings beginning June 6
Location: Bancroft School, 15 Bancroft Road, Andover, MA.

Registration

Use the Registration link above to send your registration online before 10pm, June 5. Or come to the Bancroft School field to register between 5:30 and 6:00 on Monday, June 6. You may pay online or at the field.

The Speed & Conditioning Program prepares athletes for the fall competitive season.

For younger athletes, it provides a guided and safe physical workout that serves as an introduction to the athletic experience.

The program is designed for athletes of all ages through high school.

Athletes are grouped by age and guided each week by coaches through a variety of drills that focus on the program’s objectives.

The sessions include, but are not limited to, circuits, core, plyometrics, and endurance training. All drills are designed to maximize the ability and potential of each age group, from the youngest through a challenging program for high school athletes.

Registration is open for the GTD XC program at two locations.

All-Sports -- North Shore

Registration is open for the GTD All-Sports Speed & Conditioning program in Peabody at the Bishop Fenwick fields.

The program is 3 mornings per week for 5 weeks. It begins on July 11, with a 2-week prep program that starts on June 27.
