October 2022

Aanii, NIFFies!

Can you believe it? The time has come for all you wonderful Indigenous artists to start planning what you will do at NIFF 2023.

applications coming soon 3

Applications open from October 15, 2022 - January 10, 2023. We can't wait to see the dance, music, clown, puppetry, mime, theatre, performance art, parades, installations, new art forms and all the things we haven't imagined yet that will be proposed! The great thing about Fringe is that everyone has an equal chance to come and play - the names literally go into a hat and the first dozen to come out are accepted.

NIFF is proud to be a super-supportive Fringe. Not sure how to apply? Give us a call and someone will happily talk you through it. Accepted and not sure of next steps? We will have a series of free online workshops covering everything from project development to tech to publicity. What happens when you arrive? You join a group of great artists, community and arts workers pulling together to bring a magical event to life.

COME OUT AND PLAY!
