Ed. Notes- It is a tradition that our final issue of this publication carries the following message from the Dalai Lama XIV. This year his message is even more needed than in past year. We are preparing to cross over into the unknown on January 20th. The next four years are going to be trying times for this Republic and by extension to the rest of the world.

We must be prepared to become more active than ever before and above all NEVER GIVE UP.
