There are a number of classes being offered throughout the month of January. You will find information for each class listed below. At the bottom of the newsletter, you will find additional events or classes happening in the Waterville area that I thought might be of interest to you.
Are You Ready To Manifest The Life You Want?
Christmas is over and it's time to reflect on your journey through the past year and look ahead to a new year full of unlimited potential. Instead of making New Year's resolutions this year, consider putting a positive spin on the New Year by focusing on what you WANT to create in your life as opposed to mandating certain behaviors or choices because of a resolution, which can feel limiting and restrictive. Learn how to come into your fullest potential by understanding and utilizing the Law of Attraction.
In this workshop you will create a vision board, which is a physical manifestation of your dreams, wishes, hopes and desires. Join me at either of the two locations listed below. Please bring your lunch and a pair of scissors. Foam board and photo mounting squares will be available for purchase, or you may bring your own.

Spirit Adventure Classes for Children!
With the aid of shamanic journeying, children will learn how to find their power animal, how to deepen their connection with it, and how to utilize the relationship with their power animal to develop coping strategies to solve difficulties they may be faced with.
Examples of situations children have used shamanic journeying for, with successful results:
* dealing with anxiety
* wanting to feel safe
* asking for guidance and/or support
* getting clarification when confused

Adult Spirit Classes
I will be teaching two Adult Spirit classes during the spring semester through Mid-Maine Regional Adult Community Education. Wednesdays, March 4th - April 15th
and Mondays, March 30th - May 18th. There is a $25 materials fee to be paid at the first class. Materials include a set of chakra stones, pendulum, dowsing rods, vision board and more! Join me at this very popular class to explore Spirit!

Each month I will list the fairs and festivals Dancing Jaguar Inspirations will be participating in so you can visit our booth, check out the new products and attend one of our new workshops.

Spirit Camp 2015!
Mark Your Calendars!
Ideal for children ages 5-10, Spirit Camp offers a myriad of ways for children to explore, express and honor Spirit.
A five day camp, held daily from 10am to 4pm, Spirit Camp introduces participants to many concepts, including:
▪ The Law of Attraction ▪ Attitude of gratitude ▪ Shamanic journeying ▪ Working with the elements ▪ Chakras and auras ▪ Pendulums and dowsing rods ▪ The healing attributes of stones
There are 3 Spirit Camps scheduled so far. This year we will have two sessions at our Winslow location. The first is June 22nd through 26th, the second is August 10th through 14th. Spirit Camp Temple Heights will be held August 17th through 21st in Northport.

Due to the overwhelming requests for a Spirit Camp for teens, I am currently working on securing the dates and location for this summer program. Updates will follow in future newsletters.

Writing Workshop

Women's Group
Phyllis Capanna has offered to facilitate a writing workshop based on her forthcoming book, Juicy-Joyful: How To Squeeze More Joy From Your Already Messy Life. The book is a set of essays with exercises designed to help folks explore the source of joy and meaning in their lives. The goal of the workshop is to create a safe space in which to explore and express without judgment, in a way that invites self-inquiry and discovery.

TEA (Time, Earth, Air) with Joanne Weiss and Joanne Arnold in Waterville ME

A Star Teaching Tea is a gathering where we are all welcome to join without judgment or discrimination. A Tea is a way to connect with community where we listen, learn, ask questions and harvest the wisdom of the group as we share.
We welcome Joanne Arnold to this TEA to share "the first tea"...how these teas came to be, the history and teachings from her first Tea with David Lonebear Sanipass.
It is through crossing this threshold, the "first tea" with David Sanipass and Joanne Arnold in January of 2012 that these teachings have become available to us. The teachings were first publicly shared to a non-native audience in July 2012.
There is no fee to attend Star Teachings events. Everyone is welcome.
An offering basket will be provided to help fund future Star Teaching Society events and gatherings.

Exploring the Elements within the Astrology Chart

Astrology is traditionally seen as consisting of four natural elements: fire, earth, air and water. The elements are considered to be the foundation of all of life and are represented within the birth chart. When applied to human nature, the elements represent certain behaviors within an individual to help define one's basic temperament. This lecture will explore the basic essence of fire, earth, air and water and further how it interacts with the energy of cardinal, fixed and mutable qualities creating the twelve zodiac signs. No previous knowledge of astrology is required. Participants are encouraged to share their birth info before the workshop, and given time, we will look at how this energy plays out in our individual charts. The basic premise of Star Teachings is the practice of kindness and compassion. We are all capable of being teachers of kindness and compassion in our simplest thoughts and actions. When we practice kindness and compassion we become resonant as a community . When we become resonant as a community our full potential as humans becomes available.
Star Teachings Society's Mission is to cultivate, nurture and foster community in order to spread kindness and compassion and share knowledge and technology from ancient wisdom known as Star Teachings.
There is no fee to attend Star Teachings events. Everyone is welcome.
An offering basket will be provided to help fund future Star Teaching Society events and gatherings.
