Welcome back again. What we like doing can get in the way of what we ought to be doing.

In my case, I've been blogging for eight full years. I enjoy writing but see video as the future. To make time, I stopped adding posts to the Marketing Actuary blog last summer. Strangely, readership is up! Instead, I write occasional posts on LinkedIn.

My core blog, Riscario Insider is also changing. The posts are switching to transcripts of videos in the new Question an Actuary series, which gives answers about life and health insurance. I don't quite have the rhythm. A transition takes time.
