Bring Your Little One to Desvelado

Kaleideum’s professional theatre company, Peppercorn Theatre, will present a 25-minute live show recommended for ages 0-5 from February 6-23 at Kaleideum Downtown (390 S Liberty St).

Desvelado (Spanish for “sleepless”) follows a child, Little One, on a magical journey through the space between waking and sleeping. Audiences will soar through Little One’s dreams set to mesmerizing live music and stunning video projections.

Tickets are $5 for Kaleideum members, and $7 for non-members. Discounted tickets are available for EBT cardholders through Kaleideum’s “Theatre for All” initiative.

New Garden Friends School is hosting an Open House for those interested in learning more about preschool – 6th grade on Thursday, February 13 from 8:30-10 a.m.

In the NGFS community, students are challenged in a respectful environment and valued for the curious and inquisitive young people they are right now.

American Girl Sweetheart Skate

The 4th Annual American Girl Sweetheart Skate will be at the Greensboro Ice House on Saturday, February 29th. Bring an American Girl Doll dressed in a winter or skating outfit, enjoy a skating lesson followed by hot cocoa and cookies! Event is open to participants 5-12 years old and no prior skating experience is required.

Participants must register by February 25th at www.greensboroice.com. The $35 registration fee includes admission, skate rental, lesson, hot cocoa and cookies.
