Professional coach Nancy Hemesath provides a framework that clarifies the process of creating successful programs in the midst of inevitable push back in life’s challenges. Hemesath uses her extensive nonprofit leadership background to uniquely tailor her coaching to the needs of TYA professionals at all levels. This workshop focuses on keys to team success, giving participants unique insight and practical skills that fuel boldness, creativity, and strategic rigor in their daily work.

By Attending this Workshop, participants will be able to….
1. Articulate a framework for realizing goals on the “playing fields” of life.
2. Strategize ways of managing pushback to participants’ visions.
3. Identify actions that will empower leaders and their teams to increase levels of success.
