International Kissing/Fried Chicken Day
Free Family Night with runs out to Memorial Bridge – 2, 4, 5 miles or the full distance (~10 miles) to Rio Lindo Academy on Bailache Road, a shaddy route next to the cool Russian River. After, we are heading to Chalk Board for some Fried Chicken! Ralph will have a Kissing Booth set up for International Kissing Day! Come Out and Play with Us!

Saturday Trail Run at Shiloh Regional Park

July 8 at 8 am
Meet for a very civilized trail run with morning coffee, donut holes, hydration and run nutrition! inov-8 all Terrain Running will demo shoes. HRC will have maps and lightly mark a 3-4 mile around the lake run, a ~6 mile loop and then Kevin and the gang will lead a group to ~9 miles around the property! We finish uncivilized like dirt bag runners with Meat Pies.
