Quicksilver - perfect for summer

July First Friday project - Quicksilver

July First Friday was a blast - we had a great time around the table with our July First Friday KAL, Quicksilver. the rain held off, and we enjoyed live music by The Blue-Eyed Blues.

It's not too late to get in on Quicksilver, a beautiful and colorful wrap in three colors. Fun to knit, and perfect for summer. I'm suggesting Hempathy because it''s great for summer wear, and because its fabulous color range gives that you have all sorts of stunning combinations. So, come choose your palette and get started with us. Friday afternoons, 3-5 p.m.

ZickZack Knit Along - meets Thursdays

We kicked off this a gorgeous scarf project last week, and wow - what fun! It looks really complicated, but it's just a simple combination of increases and decreases. The secret is in the yarn, Millie Colori Baby, a fabulous self-striping yarn with fast color shifts. Two skeins each of two colorways produces a fabulous Missoni-style accessory. The pattern is a free Ravelry download from designer Christy Kamm.

Choose your colors here, or come by the shop and join us as we kick off our knit along for this fun and addictive accessory! Thursdays, June 11th 3-5 p.m.
