By learning to back off, slow down and do less, the Feldenkrais® approach helps you to creates a mindful space where you can discover new possibilities and make room for the movements of your body to re-organize in the sensorimotor cortex of your brain.
In Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® classes, using body based mindfulness techniques, you learn to track and be guided by your own sensations, and do restorative and therapeutic work with yourself within your comfort zone!
