Experience the magic of Coach Braz's programs

Each of the 18 onsite sessions is different.
The sessions are a challenge to the athlete's mind and body.
Most important to this program -- the morning’s “work” is NOT a repeat from session to session. The terrain, the “work” -- different each session.

Coach Braz's GTD sessions are not based on a template from a book. The hour (and more) of conditioning both body and mind comes from Coach Braz's competitive running and coaching life.
