Congratulations to Brian on receiving the 2019 USPTA Ohio Pro of the Year Award. This award is given to a member in each state for a Teaching Professional who demonstrates exemplary achievement in seven areas including: the USPTA, allied organizations, club achievements, career development, volunteerism, coaching and playing achievements! JUNIOR PROGRAMS

School is starting and fall is just around the corner! Beginning August 19 our junior programs will revert to their normal schedule. Additionally Orange and Green Ball as well as Junior Rising Stars classes will be held for 1.5 hours. Be sure to click on the link below for specific days and times.

FIRST ANNUAL PICKLE BALL TOURNAMENT

Join us on Saturday, August 24 from 1:00-5:00 PM for our first pickle ball tournament! The tournament will consist of women's, men's, and mixed doubles using a double elimination match format. Champions will be awarded prizes! The cost is $12 per person for members; $16 per person for non-members. Call the club to register or show up by 12:30 PM on August 24. JUNIOR USTA TOURNAMENT

Aspen Racquet Club will be hosting a USTA junior tournament for boys and girls for the following levels:

▪ Boys and girls singles 78' yellow ball 12-18
▪ Boys and girls singles 78' green ball 10 and under
▪ Co-ed and singles 60' orange ball 10 and under

Dates: Aug 31 - Sep 1, 2019

Entry deadline: Tuesday, August 27, 2019 (midnight)

Entry fees: Yellow and green ball - $48.88; orange ball $33.00

LABOR DAY MIXER AT THE COUNTRY CLUB

Start your Labor Day off right and join us at the Wooster Country Club on Monday, September 2 from 9:30 AM -12:30 PM for a fun morning of organized mixed doubles tennis followed by a delicious catered buffet. PARENT'S NIGHT OUT

Take a well-deserved break from all the back to school activities with Aspen's Parent's Night Out!

Bring your kids to the club on Friday, August 30 from 6:00-9:30 PM where they will enjoy playing tennis, ping pong, board games, and other fun activities. Then make your reservations for a night on the town! The cost is $18 per child; $15 each for two or more children. Food and refreshments will be provided. 2019/2020 PRICING UPDATE

In order to continue offering the best services possible, effective September 1, 2019, we will be implementing modest price increases across our programming. For example, court rates will increase $0.50 per person per court hour or $2.00 per court hour for doubles and $1.00 per person per court hour or $2.00 per court hour for singles. Clinics/drills group rates will increase by $1.00 per hour. Aspen Racquet Club league play (1.5 hours, ball included) will increase by $1.00. For full 2019/2020 pricing details, click here.
2019-20 Member Rates & Fees

PERMANENT COURT TIME (SEASONAL)

You can now sign up for permanent court time for the 2019-20 indoor season Contracts will run from August 26, 2019 through May 5, 2019 (adjusted for holidays) and will be billed in three equal installments on Sept 3, Dec 2, and Feb 3. If you purchase permanent court time, you will be getting last year court rates - that discount will be available for people who sign up before September 16, 2019.

Contract Rates (based on 34 weeks):

Singles $ 952 per court ($14 per court hour per person)
Doubles $1,088 per court ($8 per court hour per person)

Rates are based on two people per singles court and four people per doubles court. Non-members can sub but guest fees will apply. There will be no permanent court reservations on the following days:

September 2 (Labor Day)
November 28-29 (Thanksgiving Break)
December 24-Jan 1 (Winter Break)
April 12 (Easter Sunday)
