Last week, CAAM announced the start of pre-sales for the CAAMFest 2018 Opening Night Film and Gala, Closing Night Film and our All-Access Pass. Starting today, you can also buy pre-sales tickets to the CAAMFest Centerpiece Documentary and Narrative films. The early bird prices listed below are valid April 3rd - April 11th unless otherwise noted. CAAM presents the World Premiere of San Francisco filmmaker H.P. Mendoza's tragicomedy BITTER MELON on Saturday, May 12th and Saturday, May 19th in San Francisco. The film follows a family’s attempts to right their wrongs, resulting in the discovery of many unsavory truths. The dark, quirky revenge comedy turns into exercise in empathy and exploration of family cycles.

Now a successful actor, director, and podcaster, Kulap embarks on a quest that takes her from Minnesota and the Mekong to disentangle family secrets and the decade-long emotional paralysis that has caused a rift with her mother.
