Mr. Messer's Message

Welcome back! We are very excited about the spring semester and looking forward to some great days at CHCA in the coming months. The spring is a busy time with many different activities, including school trips, sports, drama and academic competitions, spiritual emphasis week, graduation and yes, lots of school work. I hope everyone has a great semester and let us know if we can help in any way.

As the new year begins, I have decided to do something different and come up with a word for the year. I shared this with our faculty earlier this week and wanted to share it with our CHCA family. My word for 2019 is BLESSED. Why BLESSED? I have a tendency to not give God the credit when he blesses me and those around me. This might be a blessing my family receives, exciting happenings in our school or receiving answer to a prayer request in my life. Many times, I will say I was lucky, or that we were in the right place at the right time or I might even say, yes but we still have a lot of work to do. It is my goal for 2019 to start doing a better job of giving GOD the glory for the blessings I receive. God has been so faithful during my life and has blessed me with a wonderful family and awesome friends. God has also blessed our school in so many ways the past three years.

I hope you will take some time and reflect on the blessings God has afforded you and your family and thank him for those blessings. We are blessed to have each of you as part of our CHCA family and I hope 2019 is a great year for each of you.

God Bless and Go Warriors
