Our new album!

CDBOG007 hires

The band are really excited to be releasing our new album "Blackhouse" on the 25th of May. This is our first release to feature the brilliant Shetland fiddler Ross Couper and was recorded mainly in a cottage in the village of Kilchoan, Ardnamurchan, on the west coast of Scotland over the past two years. We took our time, enjoyed the surroundings, and tried to have some fun along the way. We hope you enjoy the results!

It is available for pre-sales from our website shop now and these copies will be sent out in time to arrive a week before the general release. Buying direct is the best way to support the band and help us to create more music, many thanks to those who do.

Skye Live 2015

PeabogsLive 36 of 10

In April we played our first gig at home in Skye for seven years at the excellent Skye Live Festival. The weather was very kind and Ali MacIsaac, Niall Munro and crew did a great job of organising everything. Fantastic setting at The Lump in Portree and a really great sell-out crowd over the two nights. It was great to see our old pals Shooglenifty play, as well as our fellow Skye bands Donnie Munro and Niteworks. Well done to everyone and best of luck with next years event.... if you hope to get to a ticket get it as early as possible, there was a bit of a scramble for them this year!

Win stuff!

Over the next few weeks we'll be running a series of competitions on our facebook and twitter pages where folk can get the chance to win CD's and concert tickets. Sharing of our gig list and album posts from facebook are always greatly appreciated and are a really big help in keeping us recording and touring.
