Welcome to Extraction 2021

We are so excited to have you back at Extraction serving you exceptional coffee and tasty wholesome food!

We have big plans for 2021 including re-introducing our deck dinners and increasing our wholesale coffee profile.

Over the last twelve months we've spent a considerable amount of time trying to articulate what is our true purpose and we've decided that what makes us the happiest is when we reach out to humanity. This could mean supporting our local community, connecting with our customers or developing sustainable relationships with coffee farmers all around the world to showcase their amazing products. It's a big purpose that we aspire to but you have to dream big, don't you agree?

Last year we were fortunate to receive a Covid Government Grant to spend on a marketing activity so we decided to use that money to produce two professional videos marketing our wholesale coffee business. We're looking to work with boutique cafes who share our value of expressing gratitude and want to create positive community connections, so we thought it important to tell that story and no better way to do that then with video.

The Traditional Serbian dish is super tasty, the Tropical French Toast is perfectly balanced with citrus, mango and lime marscapone and the Noodle Salad is light and refreshing! The kitchen will also be serving up tasty specials so don't forgot to check out the specials menu on each table or ask one of our team members what they recommend.

Filter coffee menu

If you aren't already a filter coffee drinker, this year we'd like to challenge you to change the way you think about coffee. Drinking filter coffee is such a different experience to drinking a milk-based coffee. It's the type of coffee that you can enjoy hot to cold, so perfect if you have some time to sit and enjoy the experience.

On the filter menu we currently have:

COLOMBIA / YEISON LIEVANO

Natural processed / Caturra
Flavour notes: cherry, red apple, choc

COSTA RICA / LAS LAJAS

Yellow honey processed / Caturra, Catuai
Flavour notes: grilled pineapple, honey, berry

We also have an exclusive hand-picked filter menu if you want to try something next level. It's a more expensive coffee offering but very memorable.
