Fat Burning Vegetable Soup Recipe (back by popular demand!)

4 Containers either Low Sodium Chicken or Vegetable Broth - Organic
1 bunch parsley - cleaned and chopped without stems
1 bunch scallions - cleaned and cut up
1 large head cauliflower cut up
1 large yellow onion sliced
4 zucchini cut up into 1/4 inch circles
3 large carrots cut into 1/4 inches circles
4 stalks of celery with leaves cut into 1/4 inch pieces
1 lb string beans cut into small pieces
1 box frozen chopped Spinach
Salt and pepper to taste

Put broth in large pot with carrots, celery, parsley, onions and scallions. Salt and pepper to taste - after 15 minutes add cauliflower. After another 15 minutes add the rest of the veggies. Cook until desired tenderness. I put the cauliflower in first since it will break up into pieces and make the soup thicker and creamier.

This recipe makes a thicker soup - for a thinner soup you can add one more container of broth.

This soup is a great way to start your New year off right!

There is no quick fix BUT you can start by cleaning out your system and this soup is a great aid in doing so. You can use this when trying to get back on track as a filler to keep your hunger pangs from taking you over.
The more you eat, the more veggies you are eating so you will aid yourself in burning off body fat quicker!
Remember, the more veggies you eat AND the more water you drink, the faster your body will burn off body fat!
