See their meeting agenda (item #4). The Berkshire Hills Regional School District has sent a letter to the board of health requesting a decision regarding implementing a policy for COVID-19 vaccinations for school aged children (discussion/vote). We plan to attend this meeting to present a case AGAINST mandatory vaccines. Citizen speak time (see agenda above), is near the end. We would appreciate your help and support during this meeting. Let's first ask if the board of health knows exactly what the fatality rate for children is from COVID-19. If they don't, we should make it clear that since they do not know even this basic fact, they are simply not qualified to make any decisions about the vaccine. If they do know the correct answer on their own, then we must ask why under these circumstances would anyone even consider mandating this mRNA injection since the potential harm far outweighs any potential benefits?
▪ Pursuant to the CDC Director, and Dr. Fauci in his New York Times November 12 interview, the COVID-19 vaccine will not prevent infection or transmission of the COVID-19 virus, nor will it prevent serious injury, hospitalization, or death. Therefore, the vaccine is not a good tool for prevention or transmission. It is now a medical treatment at best (a risky one based on the stats below), and as such cannot be mandated since treatments are a personal medical choice pursuant to the state and federal Constitutions. After explaining the above information, let's ask the board of health why they would choose to break the law and open themselves up to so many justifiable lawsuits.

The risks of taking the vaccine significantly outweigh the benefits, especially for children. Let's ask the board of health if they know exactly what the current total injury and death counts are from the COVID "vaccines" (mRNA injections) as reported to the CDC's VAERS database. They should know exactly what these numbers are. If they don't, we should make it clear that since they do not know even these basic facts, they are simply not qualified to make any decisions about the vaccine. Let's inform them that the CDC VAERS database currently contains 1,000,227 reports of injury (many of which are extremely serious), and more than 21,000 deaths caused by these COVID "vaccines".
