Hello and Happy Sunday, friends!

It's time for another weekly email to look back at the past week on the blog, along with a little peek into my most exciting life. I've been spending all of my time in one of three places: beside a baseball or softball field watching one of my kids play ball, in my kitchen working on the blog and my next cookbook, and in my car driving my kids around. I'm currently also resisting the surprising urge to hang up a sign in my car that says something like "Softball Mom" or "Tot Taxi." That would be really embarrassing.

Three brand new recipes went up on the blog last week, all copycat recipes that taste just like the "real thing." One you could buy if you wanted to, right off the shelf, but it would be more expensive and just plain, well, worse. The other two you'll never have unless you D.I.Y. Next up, Gluten Free "Bisquick" Pancake Mix, and Pancake Bites. Adapted from a recipe in the Make-Your-Own-Mixes chapter in my second cookbook, GFOAS Quick & Easy, this is really the only pancake and waffle mix you'll never need.
