New Condition - Lightly Played
In case you missed it:
Recently we have received requests to add an additional condition between "Near Mint" and "Good" cards.
We are happy to announce that we have added a new condition to the system called Lightly Played.
The conditions for cards listed on CardShark are now as follows:
▪ Mint (unchanged)
▪ Near Mint (unchanged)
▪ Lightly Played (new condition being added). Cards could have minor border or corner wear, slight scuffs, or scratches. Small imperfections (one or several) affecting the surface are acceptable; bends, crinkles, warping and other structural problems are not.
▪ Moderately Played (we are changing the "Good" Condition to have this new label. We feel it already represents the way Good cards are listed on the site, so this is merely a change in name only to be more descriptive and to match the industry).
▪ Heavy Play (unchanged)
▪ | Lightly Played (new condition being added). Cards could have minor border or corner wear, slight scuffs, or scratches. Small imperfections (one or several) affecting the surface are acceptable; bends, crinkles, warping and other structural problems are not. |
▪ | Moderately Played (we are changing the "Good" Condition to have this new label. We feel it already represents the way Good cards are listed on the site, so this is merely a change in name only to be more descriptive and to match the industry). |
Check out our condition guide for more information.
Any currently listed cards will NOT have their condition changed, so this update should not be a concern for currently listed cards.
