20 days to prep deadline

"The great thing about this program is that if you dedicate yourself to it, it will work for you. Embracing the process and putting your trust in it is ultimately what will yield you results. Of course, you have to work for it, but all the tools to success are at your disposal, the question is whether or not you are willing to go the extra mile to achieve success." [Adam Abdulghani]

June 13 is the registration deadline to receive the 2-week prep.
The goal of the pre-program guideline is to prepare for the conditioning sessions through aerobic training.

All college runners? No. The xc program has a very large group of high school runners and it gives many middle school age athletes their first taste of organized, coached running.

XC Program

"I know if I was on my own all summer, I would get lazy with drills, my miles would end up being sloppy, and I would run at different times every day. Having camp provides me with just the right amount of structure and company to bring my training to a whole different level of quality. College runners show up a little earlier than the rest of the camp in order to get our volume in. After the run, we sync up with the rest of the XC camp and we typically do hurdle drills, band work, medicine ball work, and finally core. After core, a lot of runners stick around and stretch." [Riley Dowd]
