Gate Code: At the entrance to Emmanuel Pines is a gate. The gate key code is 2472#. Please wait until the gate is completely open before entering.

Things to Bring:
* Standard riding clothes (helmet, shorts, jersey, glasses, shoes, etc.)
* Mountain bike
* Sunblock
* Plenty of water
* Mask or face covering for times when we can't be socially distant.

What to Expect: We will be following the league's COVID-19 Return to Play Guidelines and filling out a Screening and Symptom Checklist before we get started. Please read over these document before you arrive, if you haven't already. We'll adjust a few of the drills to avoid touching, but should be able to cover all of the material.
