CW reports that there is the normal street flooding by the bayou, and Whiddens and low lying roads, but expects high tide around noon to 12:30pm today and the street flooding so he expects flooding to increase - water is not receding due to continued training rain bands. It is also squally and a storm just passed through Boca that caused power lines to arc so if there is no urgent need to be on Boca, he suggests staying home today. They did drive the island and have not found damage and the power is on.
