Last night the House of Commons voted to extend the Emergency Measure Act. The final vote was: 185 (yes) to 151 (no). The Liberals, NDP and Greens supported it. The Conservatives and Bloc opposed.
The Senate is now debating the same issue and could vote as early as tonight on whether or not they approve the extension of the Emergency Measures Act.
Those wanting to make their voice heard should contact Senators IMMEDIATELY. This is all moving very fast.
