BROCCOLI - WHITE SPROUTING
(Brassica oleracea var. italica) Heirloom. Creamy, white, tender flower heads with mild flavour. Prolific. Eat white flower head and surrounding leaves as well as stem. Harvest central flower head first to encourage side shoots. Early variety. 65-72 days. 120 seeds

MUSTARD GREEN - DEEP PURPLE
(Brassica juncea) Dark, deep purple, flattened leaves with slight ridges and medium to hot flavour. One of the darkest coloured leaves of all the mustard greens. Leaves & flowers used in salads, stir-fry or cooked like spinach. 55 days. 800 seeds

SPRING ONION - RED BUNCHING
(Allium fistulosum) Attractive, bright red stems & dark green tops to 70cm high with mild, sweet flavour. Forms no bulb. Use in salads or cooked. Especially useful for adding colour to omelettes etc. Quick & easy to grow. 70-120 days. 600 seeds

MESCLUN - ORIENTAL MIX
(Brassica oleracea, Beta vulgaris, Eruca sativa, Lactuca sativa, Spinacia oleracea, Cichorium endiva, Petroselinum neopolitanum) A mix of leaves which excells during the cooler winter months. Leaves harvested for use in salads, or plants left to mature for later use in stir-fry or other light cooking. Includes a mix of broccoli leaves, beet leaves, rocket, lettuce, spinach, endive and parsley. Quick growing. 60-70 days. 1200 seeds

MESCLUN - ITALIAN MIX(Eruca sativa, Brassica oleracea, Beta vulgaris, Valerianella locusta, Barbarea verna, Petroselinum hortense, Lactuca sativa, Sanguisorba minor / Poterium sanguisorba, Plantago coronopus, Spinacia oleracea, Cichorium endiva, Allium schoenoprasum) A true Italian mix bringing back the flavours of the Mediterranean. Includes a mix of rocket, kale, beet leaves, corn salad, cress, parsley, lettuce, salad burnet, minutina, spinach, endive & chives. Harvest leaves for use in mesclun salad mixes.
