Hello November! The holiday season is really starting to jump off...Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas is everywhere and we are busy, playing, planning and buying. I love this time of year but boy do I get busy.
Ever felt overwhelmed by taking on so many tasks? Ever felt, like what am I doing? Have you ever sat down and written down your to do list, which gave you the proper perspective on just how much you've got going on and felt like, WHOA!? Ever stop and give yourself permission to say, "no.?"
I recently did them all and for that moment of overwhelm, the ability to say no and decide to give myself a couple of weeks off from additional tasks provided instant relief and organization.
