THREE LITTLE WORDS

THAT JUST MIGHT CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Ever felt stuck, trapped, or unable to break free from a particular pattern in your life? There are three simple words can be your ticket to transformation.

THE PHRASE "UP UNTIL NOW" IS STRAIGHT UP MAGIC!

It's a bridge between your past and the infinite potential of your future. When you say "Up Until Now," you acknowledge your history without letting it define your destiny. It's a powerful tool for creating a mental shift and opening the door to change.

SOMETHING TO TRY!

LEARN THE 'UP UNTIL NOW' TECHNIQUE IN THIS VIDEO!

Identify A Limiting Belief:
Pick something that's not serving you.

Apply "Up Until Now":
Reframe that limiting belief by adding "Up Until Now" to the equation. Like this, "I've always been bad at relationships... UP UNTIL NOW."

Craft An Empowering Intention:
Create a new story this belief for the year ahead incorporating the new mindset.

WHY THIS WILL WORK:

ONE WORD: NEUROPLASTICITY

Our habitual thought patterns and behaviors are deeply ingrained in our neural pathways - like a needle caught in the deep groove of a record you play a lot. By introducing the phrase "Up Until Now," you interrupt those patterns, creating an opportunity for a new and empowered narrative to emerge.

Neuroscientist and author Joe Dispenza talks a lot about rewiring the brain and the significance of breaking free from the past. I like this video of him - maybe you're already a fan - let me know if so :)

In the last newsletter 005: Spotify Wrapped, Your New Therapist??I suggested you search for the message inside of your most played song of the year. Here's your feedback:

RK said:
"I kept saying I didn't want to deal with men anymore.... but Beyonce's Cuff It was saying something different. I really had a laugh with that one!"

JB (age 13) spoke with me in person about Consequence's song The Good, the Bad, the Ugly, how it related to his life as a fan, a student and his upcoming rite of passage.
