I love discovering culinary treasures on my own doorstep. This week I was invited to a little pub in Port Melbourne that has a very special dish on it's weekend menu – a traditional Marseilles style bouillabaisse chock full of seafood and rich saffron flavours.
I've been feeling a little overwhelmed by the demands of social media at the moment, especially Instagram, so I've done something drastic. I've deleted all the apps off my phone that were sucking up my time and energy in hopes that it will break my bad habit of just endlessly scrolling through feeds like a zombie.
I'm giving myself a digital holiday and not posting to IG or checking facebook and twitter for a while. It's been just a couple of days am already feeling better about the decision.
