IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR THOSE THAT HAVE SIGNED UP WITH US FOR THE 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS STOCKING ornament series by Annie Beez Folk Art
If you signed up for the auto ship program with us for the Annie Beez Folk Art 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS STOCKING "EXCLUSIVE" Club series then please read this and respond to us if you need to change anything on your signup
This is an update for those that signed up for the 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS STOCKING SERIES with us to be on the auto ship program. There has been one addition to the supplies that we got after we sent out the signup form so the first 100 people or so that signed up did not see this option. We need you to email us TODAY or ASAP at crazyanniesstitchin@gmail.com with 12 DAYS XMAS STOCKING in the subject line so we can pick out your emails quicker.
THE FIRST CHART RELEASES THE FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY 2022 so we need your responses quickly if you wish to make any changes
1. The chenille trim shown in the photo above that is at the top of the stock, was not offered on the signup form originally. So the first 100 people or so that signed up, you did not see this option to order. We have added it since and anyone new signing up will see it.
Vanilla Chenille Trim by Lady Dot Creates - 3yds/pkg - $ 6.00ppkg
one package should be enough for the full series as there is not much used on each one. As you can see in the photo above it is just used along the top of the stocking BUT if you wish to pick up more than one package that is fine too.
Please email us ASAP at crazyanniesstitchin@gmail.com with 12 DAYS XMAS STOCKING in the subject line so we can pick out your emails quicker. Let us know you want the Chenille Trim added to your order. AND if you want more than one pkg let us know that also.
If you don't want the trim then there is no need to email us. We will leave your order as is when you signed up. ONLY if you want it added we need to know so we are sure to have enough on hand for everyone.
2. Due to the volume of signups we have for this series (THANK YOU EVERYONE that has signed up) we plant to start invoicing this in the next day or so. Your payment will secure your spot in our auto ship program and we can also be sure you are still in - some people do cancel out and we cannot afford to be bringing in all the supplies if you are not going to want them. We expect payment right away as we will base our final orders for fabric, beads, perforated paper and trim on who has paid
This is going to be a massive amount of and fabric we will be getting in, as well as beads and perforated paper, so we need to be sure who is still in for the program. Wichelt who we buy the beads and paper from will be shutting down mid-December thru the first of the year, so we need to secure the beads and paper and have them shipped to us before they shutdown. They are swamped with orders when they return in January so we can't take the risk of them not arriving in time.
The first charts should ship to us around the first of January so we will begin mailing out no later than Jan 15th. We plan to mail around the 15th of each month but may send out the January one a bit early if the timing all works out.
3. When you receive your invoice thru email from Paypal from us PLEASE click on the view/pay button in the email and actually view your invoice. Don't just pay it from the email without reviewing it first.
You need to review your invoice and make sure everything is correct (what you are being billed for is what you want AND address especially). We will ship to you what is on the invoice and ship to the address on the invoice. So if anything is wrong, you need to email us the changes BEFORE you pay and we will update your invoice and send you a new copy to pay from.
PLEASE DO NOT PAY and then email us. The invoice needs to be 100% correct as we will be filling orders from the invoice copy. If you pay first and then email us it is a paperwork nightmare - we will have to refund and re-issue the invoice and we just don't have time for this with so many people in the club. We need invoice 100% correct. your help and attention to this will be appreciated.

The response to this club has been FABULOUS. We can't wait for this new Ornament Club to get started.
Also, some of you have been asking to see previews of some of the other releases in the series before you signup. At this time there will be no previews of the future releases. We will show them as they are released. We want to keep you in suspense for the next wonderful design coming each month. PLUS some of them are still in the works or being tweaked so they are not all available to show now anyway.

We invite you to join our FB Group as this is where we list new items/products for sale, special offers, CLEARANCE items and more. This is where we do most of our selling now until we get our new website up and running (which is still a ways off)
P.S. Don't have a Paypal account? Don't worry....you can still pay us thru paypal. Just provide us with your regular email address and full mailing address and we will send the invoice to your email. In the email it will direct you to paypal to pay BUT you don't have to sign up. You check out as a guest/visitor or whatever they call it....and you simply pay with your card like you would on any other site. No account setup is required. This is a special feature that paypal has for those with no account OR those that don't wish to setup an account. We have many customers that do this and it works just fine. Many are not aware of this, so thought we would mention it so everyone knows there is an option for you to pay if you don't have a paypal account.
