Winter Conditioning Program for Scholastic Runners

With the start of high school Indoor Track postponed until February 22, GTD is offering a 10-week conditioning program for middle and distance runners.

The program begins on December 14. Each week's conditioning guide will be designed by Coach Braz and sent to the athlete via email. Zoom meetings with Coach Braz will be available upon request.

As part of the registration, so that Coach Braz can give each athlete a personalized program, we will need to know the following --
► The distance(s) you normally run and your PRs in those events.
► If you have access to a treadmill and/or indoor bike.

The program fee is $200.

Personal Coaching

Coach Braz provides personal coaching for runners at all levels who want to improve their performance or want a guided maintenance program.

Registration Form

The program is designed for runners who have a specific racing goal, or a series of races to prepare for, or want to build or maintain their running fitness.
