Our newest in house collection celebrates the nurturing spirit that we all share. While designing the line, my mind kept returning to our children and how, like mother birds, we cherish them while they are small, giving them the love and the skills they will need to one day, as Paul McCartney croons, take those wings and learn to fly. Told in two color stories that can easily work separately or in harmony, Blackbird sings a lyrical song that balances sweetness and sophistication in equal measure, making this range one moms and kids alike can love. |

Once again, we have two project panels that when sewn up make for a beautiful centerpiece in a quilt, or as is they make a quick and easy 26" pillow. The quote from Emily Dickinson has always been a favorite of mine and compliments the line beautifully. For perhaps above all, we put our hope and dreams in our children. |
We have also designed some large scale Quilt Panels for you all as well, one each to coordinate with the Dove and Peony color stories. These measure 56" wide x 72" tall, and while you can use them for a quilt back, they also make for a beautiful top, with a great opportunity to try your hand at free motion quilting! |

Checkers is Cotton + Steel's first ever woven collection. It features a range of bright and cheerfully colored ginghams in various sizes that are designed to mix and match effortlessly with their prints and basics. There are 1/2 inch, 1 inch, and even some big and bold 2 1/2 inch ginghams that would be great for garments. |
