In this class you will learn about your body and what you can do to enhance your health, as well as importantly, understanding why it helps.

Regardless at what level of detoxing you wish to hit; just clean up your lifestyle or a really deep spring clean of your body – it’s up to you.

Your body is amazing, however, it needs the time and space to have a spring clean and here is the class that can help and inspire you to do just that!

Due to the popularity of our St.Valentines Day Couples Massage we've decided to make the "Couples Massage" available as a regular treatment on our Massage Menu here at Coast. Treatments will be provided at special request on Saturday late afternoons & Monday early evenings.

This treatment can be shared with any two people & would make a lovely Mother & Daughter experience for a Mothers Day treat.

Yoga Classes

NEW Yin Yoga

Who is it for ?
Anyone who is over worked, over stimulated, lacking in energy or even has too much energy.

What does it do ?
By postioning the body into simple ‘shapes’ and holding the posture longer than other yoga forms, Yin Yoga gently stresses connective tissue, tendons and ligaments responsible for joint health and mobility.

Finding stillness in each posture helps quieten and calm the mind, bringing a strong focus on the breath.

NEW CLASS: Thursday, 12.30pm. Starting March 12th

Hatha Yoga

The postures performed during a Hatha Yoga practice involve gentle, dynamic movements following the wave of the breath, to mobilise the joints and create balance in the body. These may be combined with static poses aimed at realigning the body whilst improving strength and stamina. Many yoga postures also influence healing on a deeper level, stimulating and cleansing the internal bodily systems.

You will learn to breathe correctly, utilising the full capacity of your lungs to encourage health and vitality. Final relaxation allows time for the body to absorb the benefits of your practice and for the mind to quieten, inducing a sense of calm and overall wellbeing.

Pilates Classes

The Pilates method is a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improving and changing the body's postural and alignment habits.

The matwork exercises tone and stretch the body, increasing strength and flexibility in all muscles and joints resulting in ease of movement and a longer leaner looking body.

Pilates focuses on correct breathing and strengthens the deep core stabilizing muscles of the lower back and abdomen. Pilates exercises are low impact and work to balance the body through slow, controlled exercises that work on quality not quantity.

Pilates methods are suitable for all ages and abilities providing an energising workout.
