Covid-19 Rules for UKGE

The latest information on the Covid-19 rules for UK Games Expo were issued yesterday and can be found on the home page of our web site.

Please take the time to read this information. While almost all restrictions for England will be lifted on 19th July, UKGE and the NEC have decided to keep a number of additional safety measures in place - covering mask wearing, covid status evidence, some distancing measures and several other steps.

Everyone aged 12 and up should either take a home lateral flow test before coming to the venue and bring proof of a negative test or present an NHS Covid Pass or equivalent evidence on the first day of attendance. For most of you, that means presenting this on the Thursday set up day. You will need this alongside the NEC Access Pass in order to get into the exhibition hall.

NEC Access Passes

Your NEC Access Passes are now available to download from the Exhibitor Portal. The download option is the first thing you see when you log in to the portal.

If you don’t see the download option, that will be because your invoice has not been fully paid. Sort out your payment and you will be able to download your pass.

Furniture last orders!
Whilst the deadline for furniture and power orders has passed, Richard will accept furniture orders up till Midnight on this Saturday 17th July. After that you will have to order furniture at the show.

We can no longer accept power orders for the event.
