If you are like me, you desire connection even when your low energy, grumpy, sensitive or don't even wanna get out of bed. But there may are fewer people you want to see you in that space (i.e. not wanting to let your clients see you struggle...) I feel you! And I want to offer a reframe.

Perfect is boring!
I will take a vulnerable, raw coach over a perfect one any day. Because it takes courage to show exactly in all the spaces of being human. It's hard to be in a body!
So thank you for showing up, in this human body, doing the work to be more you, more connected and more creative no matter what.
There is no need to use your sensitivity as a shield. You can be kind to you, honoring exactly what your body needs, and still connect. You just need to ask.
That is what it is to be a Connected Creative.
It starts with you. Connecting to you. Taking care of you. Learning about you. And not shutting out the world. But having boundaries and honoring you first. You can never go wrong honoring you first! Radical thinking, huh?
So here are some chances to connect the week at whatever level feels good to you. Honor your own time, energy and boundaries, and come out to engage in what lights you up!
