Here's Another Bad Idea from Democrats: De-Fund the Police!

Nature abhors a vacuum, and so does Authority. In the aftermath of the appalling extrajudicial killing of George Floyd, many democrats and clueless celebrities are now screaming about de-funding the police. This wouldn't lead to "no one in charge", it would lead to thugs and their handlers being in charge - thugs who will have no fear of punishment for their actions. Rule of law is a necessary component of liberty. With liberty comes great responsibility. It is what allows people to advance through their own merit and efforts. If there is no rule of law, no property rights, and limitless redistribution of wealth, how can individuals better their circumstances through work or entrepreneurship? De-funding the police would lead to mob rule and a "thugocracy" - think of the early days of the French Revolution. We might end up with folks like ANTIFA being in charge, forcing the redistribution of wealth, frequent shouts of "off with his head", as well as enforcing "thought police" policies which vary from minute to minute. Independent thought would be forced underground. We cannot allow this to happen!

We need to clean-up our police departments, not eliminate them. I would sponsor legislation to set up regional Citizen Review Panels to review complaints of civil rights abuses and of excessive force or brutality. If an officer's name comes up with minor incidents, then some training and discipline are called for. If one officer has multiple reports and/or more serious incidents, then that person should be removed from the force or given a permanent desk job.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Wexton toes the leftist line that America suffers from "Systemic Racism", and wants to remove more historical statues from the Capitol. Ok, maybe she IS right for once - in a roundabout way... but the plain fact is, if there is any systemic racism in America, it lives on the LEFT. Democrats have been trying for years to use Alinsky tactics (accuse your enemy of that which you are doing wrong yourself) to try to pin the racism badge on conservatives, but it simply does not ring true! Think about this:

Now if that's not racist, I don't know what is! We see how it has worked out too - keeping many minorities trapped in cycles of dependency, poverty, and violence. Democrats would love to do that to the rest of us also. The democrats want to remove statues of Lee and others, and to change the teaching of history in order to erase the evidence of their own guilt! Joe Biden's very recent remark that "If you got a problem figuring out if you're for me or Trump, then you ain't black" is further evidence that he and other Democrats have long considered the African-American vote a foregone conclusion. There's a cure for that, it's called #Walkaway or #Blexit .

I am a member of a minority group too, and I witnessed a little racism when I first arrived here in 1980 and during high school. By 2000, it seemed to have largely abated. I think I was witnessing the last real generational remnants of it during my college years. Why then is this suddenly an issue again? Didn't we just conquer racism in 2008 with the election of the first black president? That is what we were told at the time.

Well, it seems that racism just made a sharp left and went underground for a while. It turns out that our first black president was a hard-core socialist and Alinsky disciple in disguise. His associations were kept pretty quiet, but are well documented if one cares to look. History will show Barack H. Obama to be the "Divider In Chief" who decided that the standard socialist tactics of creating divisions along class and economic lines did not work so well in a nation with the kind of upward economic mobility that we have, so he focused on dividing us along racial lines. His associates even came up with whole new "Victim Classes" to use like a bludgeon against a once-united country. THAT is the real reason for this strife, yet the democrats still try to pin it all on President Trump who merely inherited the mess from his predecessor. Look at the FBI statistics in the chart at the top of the page. It certainly does not support the BLM argument. ALL LIVES MATTER.

In my last few e-mails, I have talked about ANTIFA, BLM, the socialist "History Eraser", and some of the powers behind them which are working to destroy our Constitutional Republic. They're pretty far along with their dangerous plans, so what can we do about it?

1) Conservatives need to get mad! We've been too nice for too long. It is time to get up and FIGHT! If we do not do it RIGHT NOW there will be no chance to do it again for a long time. No compromises.

2) Every single conservative Republican needs to get out and VOTE and VOTE CONSERVATIVE in each and every election. Make sure that all of your conservative friends, family, and neighbors do too. Help them register if they have not done so. Most election outcomes swing on merely 3% of the population.

3) Contact your local GOP committee and VOLUNTEER! For too long, we conservatives have been content to assume others will take care of things for us. It is understandable since we tend to be the most productive members of society and are busy with family and work obligations. But friends, we cannot afford this assumption any longer. The democrats have thousands of "volunteers", and many of them are paid by the same organizations which fund ANTIFA and BLM to travel from Oregon, California, and other far-away places to work in YOUR precinct. We MUST make time to serve and supervise our communities.

4) Seriously consider running for office! We need good people in every capacity! Soil & Water Board, School Board, Supervisors, Commonwealth Attorney, State Delegates, & Senate. YOU can make a big difference in the lives of your family and your community for years to come, even if you do not win (but you will!). Too many democrats run unopposed.

5) Contact Attorney General Barr and urge him to immediately file sedition and seditious conspiracy charges against and freeze the assets of George Soros and family, the officers and directors of the Open Societies Foundation, and all of their subordinate organizations (the network is huge). This should also include Alex Soros and all ANTIFA leadership. This move alone could dial back the chaos considerably.

6) STOP donating to colleges and universities until they change their tune. Your hard-earned donations are being used to build leftist indoctrination centers. We basically have the "Weather Underground" teaching our children. We must take back academia, but it may take a generation or more to do so.

7) Read two books: "Rules for Radicals", and "Rules for Radicals Defeated". Know the tricks of your enemy and how to thwart them.

8) Be prepared for anything. Keep a small stockpile of food and water filtration equipment just in case of a disruption of normal services (natural or man-made in cause).

9) Arm yourself and practice regularly. We all hope that an armed counter-revolution will not be necessary to save our republic, but be ready as a last resort. Prepare for the worst, hope and work for the best. WE are the militia - it is not just the National Guard.

I was born in Vietnam but I came here to escape Communism. This fight is my fight. I appeal to all leaders of cities, counties, and states to respect the history of this country, however unpleasant some of it may seem by current standards. Work to clean up police departments, not hamper or eliminate them. Our local mayors and our governors MUST honor their oaths of office and defend the American people and their property, both private and public. Politicians, do your jobs and help the police do theirs. Otherwise we may soon find out why there is a mention of "militias" in the Second Amendment.
