Hotels:
The Elevation Hotel, 500 Gothic Rd. - One King - $129.00 (plus $12 resort fee and 3% Mt. Crested Butte Town Center Association Fee)
The Elevation Hotel, 500 Gothic Rd. - Two Queens - $129.00 (plus $12 resort fee and 3% Mt. Crested Butte Town Center Association Fee)
The Grand Lodge, 6 Emmons Rd. - Studio/Two Kings - $109.00 (plus $9 resort fee and 3% Mt. Crested Butte Town Center Association Fee)

Both are located near the slopes of Crested Butte Mountain Resort and are within walking distance of each other. The meeting will be held in the Elko Room of the Lodge at Mountaineer Square Conference Center, which is also within walking distance of the two hotels.

Please call 888-443-6715 to make your reservation and mention the group name Colorado Association of Ski Towns. At the time you make your booking the reservations department will supply you a tax exempt form for the 9.5% town tax via email.

Lift Tickets:
Please reserve your complimentary lift ticket with me. Please provide name(s) and specify which day (Thursday or Friday) the ticket is to be used.

Additional days or lift tickets for family:
You'll be able to purchase additional days for yourself ($35) or tickets for family members ($50) at the Mountain Concierge – it is located in the Adventure Center within the Lodge at Mountaineer Square.

There are still several towns for which we have not received your sales tax info. We are very near completing this report. If you have not submitted your sales tax info yet, please send the following information to Steve McFarland in Estes Park at smcfarland@estes.org no later than Monday, January 18.

Reminder - 2010 Dues

Just a reminder that the CAST Executive Board decided upon a 10% reduction in your 2010 dues, due to the economic climate and the potential decline in revenues that we all face this year. Your statements will be emailed to you in March.
