February 2010 News - Dungeons & Dinosaurs Plus!

Dungeons & Dinosaurs is finally here! (Almost.) You can find the details below, and expect to see it for sale online by March 7th.

That's just one of the exciting things in this month's newsletter. Also below are links to two new Snowraven wallpapers as well as cover previews for a Crimson story that I hope to have out next month.

Plus, you'll find the ever-popular Appearances Calendar and the ever-changing (but always titillating) Editorial Calendar. You'll also get a look at the new cover for the Coralshell Sisters story "Sisters in Arms."

With all that exciting stuff waiting for you in the paragraphs to come, I'm sure you're wondering why I don't just shut up and let you get reading.

So I will. Enjoy!

How long have I be talking about (or at least hinting at) Dungeons & Dinosaurs? Well, the oblique references are over, because the ebook of "Kidnapped by Saurians" (the first Dungeons & Dinosaurs story) is almost here!

I thought it would actually be out by now, but I caught a bad case of "con crud" at a very nice convention: Capricon. Maybe I even saw a few of you there. (And if you gave that nasty chest cold to me, you've only yourself to blame for the delay!)

In any case, by the end of the week you read this -- or the start of the next at the absolute latest, you should be able to find "Kidnapped by Saurians" on Smashwords for all e-reader formats (including Kindle) and on Amazon for Kindle.

The story, which features jungle girls battling dinosaurs over a kidnapped baby, is set in the land of Sauria, which is related to the Blue Kingdoms -- but just how the two are related remains for future tales to tell. If you like lost-world tales, if you like One Million Years BC, if you like the work of Frank Cho, this story is for you. Of course, this story is also for you if you like my usual brand of kick-ass pulp fiction.

And after you've read it, you could even post a review or drop me a line and let me know if you want to read more D&Dinos stories. I look forward to your feedback!

Look for it by March 7th!
