DOG ADOPTION FAIR -- 2nd EVENT!
DATE/TIME: THIS Saturday August 13th 10AM-3PM
LOCATION: Used Book Store - 13420 Lincoln Way, Auburn (Raley's shopping center at the corner of Lincoln Way and Foresthill Rd - just off I-80 next to Bank of the West) MAP
If you missed last Saturday’s 1st Adoption Fair, you’re still in luck! Come and meet our very special rescued dogs at the “Bookstore” (which benefits the Friends of the Placer County Animal Shelter and the Humane Society of the Sierra Foothills).
Wonderful adoptions were completed, and we have more to go! Rescued and remarkable, our Chihuahua-Doxie mixes are looking for fun-loving families to provide their forever homes. After years of living in their own filth with rancid (if any) water to drink, infested with fleas and life-threatening parasites, these females were bred again and again so that their puppies could be sold in parking lots across Placer County. These wonderful animals have finally been liberated!! Help us write “The END” on that horrible chapter of their lives.
From absolutely adorable to personalities galore, the Chi-Doxie girls are all about 2 years old, fully vaccinated, tested for heartworm, micro chipped, spayed, wormed, and treated for fleas.
Additionally, we may have at least one rescued German Shepherd available. If you or someone you know would like to give any of these animals a home, please visit us on Saturday for our 2nd special Adoption Fair.
Adoption Fees: Small Dogs $175. GSD, $225. (also includes free veterinary wellness exam at a Placer County veterinary clinic and microchip registration.)
