1. Click on Add Things at the top of any Mad Mimi page and activate the SurveyMonkey integration.
2. Click the Authorize SurveyMonkey button to verify your credentials.
3. Now every text module in the email composer will include the option to insert a survey. Just look for the SurveyMonkey icon. Once clicked, the icon will show a list of your available surveys.
4. Select your survey.
