The subtitle for this book is Visionary Scientists and a Siberian Tale of Jump-Started Evolution In 1959, tucked away in Siberia, biologists Dmitri Belyaev and Lyudmila Trut set out to recreate the evolution of wolves into dogs in real time in order to witness the process of domestication -- only they work with the Siberian fox. First, Susanah Marren in conversation with author Leslie Bennetts will discuss Marren's latest novel A Palm Beach Wife Next up are Michelle Young, founder of Untapped Cities, and Augustin Pasquet, the CEO of Untapped Cities, who will be signing their book Secret Brooklyn: 2nd Edition This event is open to the public.
