Do you support personalization tags, e.g. Dear, First_name?
Sure. To add personalization tags to your emails, simple insert these simple codes:

There are additional tags you can use, but these are the most useful.
Why is there no Forward To a Friend link in the email?
The introduction of auto-completion in email programs has meant that "Forward-to-a-friend" is better handled by simply forwarding the email in the usual manner and benefiting from the comfort and efficiency of auto-complete. The result is the forwarder being able to easily and quickly enter the email addresses and group-lists in their address book.

I'm using and old version of Internet Explorer and compose page stopped working. What should I do?
If Mad Mimi suddenly stops working in an older version on Internet Explorer, you can take the following easy steps to get it happily working again.
Step 1. On the top of the screen, click on Tools, and then click Internet Options.
Step 2. Click View Settings.
Step 3. Click View Files.
Step 4. Select the files and delete them all. Don't worry, these are all temporary files stored by your browser. They won't have an adverse effect on your computer.
Click Yes.
Last step. Click OK on the settings pop-up and refresh your page. Mad Mimi should now work.
